• Selection of fresh seasonal fruits like apples, pears, oranges, peaches, plums for 4 people
• Ice

1. Wash and dry fruit.
2. Place the fruit in a large bowl and set it over a larger bowl full of ice.
3. Give each guest their own paring knife to peel and slice their choice of fruit.
