Avocado Hummus

  1. Drain beans and rinse in a colander until water runs clear.
  2. Puree beans with garlic in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
  4. Add more salt or lemon juice if desired.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.
