Bean Salad With Mustard Marinade Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. Cooked beans (pinto, kidney, black, garbonzo)
- 1/2 c. Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Grated carrot
- 1/2 bn Parsley, minced Alfalfa sprouts Pita bread or possibly tortillas
- 3 Tbsp. Apple cider or possibly rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Eden low sodium tamari
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame tahini
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- Blend or possibly whisk dressing and add in to beans, scallions, carrots, and parsley.
- Let marinate at least 15 min.
- Slice pita bread in half and stuff with marinated beans.
- Top with alfalfa sprouts and serve.
