Double O Brownies
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 whole eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 egg white lightly beaten
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar (or 3 3/4 cups)
- 4 cup mini marshmallows
- Butter 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl, melt chocolate and butter together in microwave.
- With spoon, stir in eggs and egg white, one at a time.
- Then add sugar and vanilla.
- Add flour, then stir to combine.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 25 minutes.
- While the brownies are in the oven, prepare the topping: In large bowl, melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave.
- Make sure chocolate mixture isn't too hot.
- Then add egg substitute, vanilla, and sugar, stirring with a spoon until smooth.
- Stir in marshmallows.
- They will soften but not melt.
- After the brownies have baked 25 minutes, remove them from the oven.
- Immediately pour the topping mixture over top.
- Let cool slightly.
- Can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
