Gourmet Ole Burgers

  1. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning and catsup; blend well.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Grill or broil burgers 5-7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  4. Top each burger with a slice of cheese.
  5. Return to grill or broiler until cheese melts.
  6. Top with a dollop of salsa.
  7. Serve on toasted hamburger buns with lettuce and avocado slices, if desired.
