Spaghetti Primavera

  1. Saute garlic, onion, celery and carrots in olive oil until almost tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini; saute until vegetables are tender crisp.
  3. Stie in tomato wedges; heat through.
  4. Cook spaghetti; drain.
  5. Toss with vegetables.
  6. Toss in basil, parselt and cheese.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
