Grandma's Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 lbs ground beef, cooked. i usually use turkey and sausage
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (1 big) can tomato paste
- 1 (1 big) can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery or 1 cup green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- Combine all ingredients in large pot or crockpot.
- Simmer at least 3 hours on stove or all day in crockpot.
- If using crockpot, take off lid 30-60 minutes before serving to keep it from being watery.
- If desired, add 1/4 pound Mozzerela cheese to sauce before serving.
