Bananas Foster Topping
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 medium banana, coursely chopped
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 jar (12 ounces) hot caramel ice cream topping
- 1 * This makes a delicious topping for ice cream or pound cake.*
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Chop pecans and banana.
- Zest lemon until you have 1 tsp zest.
- Squeeze lemon until you have 1 tbsp juice.
- Combine banana, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ice cream topping in bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture into small baking dish.
- Sprinkle pecans over caramel mixture.
- Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
