Bananas Foster Topping

• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 medium banana, coursely chopped
• 1 lemon
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 jar (12 ounces) hot caramel ice cream topping
• 1 * This makes a delicious topping for ice cream or pound cake.*

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Chop pecans and banana.
3. Zest lemon until you have 1 tsp zest.
4. Squeeze lemon until you have 1 tbsp juice.
5. Combine banana, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ice cream topping in bowl; mix well.
6. Pour mixture into small baking dish.
7. Sprinkle pecans over caramel mixture.
8. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
