low calorie & low carb no pasta-pasta!

  1. Bring a skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium high heat
  2. add slaw and 1/4 Cup of water.
  3. stir occasionally until slaw is slightly softened.
  4. about 7 minutes
  5. add soup/tomatoes, garlic, spices and 2T of parm.
  6. stir and cook until hot.
  7. about 4 minutes
  8. use remaining parm to garnish when serving
