low calorie & low carb no pasta-pasta!
- 1 12 ounce bag of dry brocoli slaw
- 1 cup tomatoe soup OR 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic minced - more or less according to taste
- 1 onion powder to taste
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Red pepper to taste
- 1 whatever spices sound good to you!
- 3 tbsp parmasean grated - divided
- Bring a skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium high heat
- add slaw and 1/4 Cup of water.
- stir occasionally until slaw is slightly softened.
- about 7 minutes
- add soup/tomatoes, garlic, spices and 2T of parm.
- stir and cook until hot.
- about 4 minutes
- use remaining parm to garnish when serving
