Daiquiri No. 2

  1. Place all ingredients except lime in a blender with 1/2 cup ice, preferably in small cubes.
  2. Blend about 5 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, straining out ice with blenders lid (or for a particularly refined daiquiri, a sieve).
  4. Balance lime wedge or wheel on glasss rim.
