Beef Kebabs With Rice Recipe
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" thick
- 1/4 c. honey-Dijon salad or possibly Italian dressing
- 1 lrg bell pepper cut 1 1/4" pcs (green, red, orange or possibly yellow)
- 12 lrg mushroom caps
- 1 pkt long-grain and wild rice blend - (6 ounce)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat grill or possibly broiler.
- Cut beef into 1 1/4-inch pcs.
- Place dressing in bowl; add in beef, pepper and mushrooms, tossing to coat.
- Alternately thread pcs of beef, pepper and mushrooms on each of four metal skewers.
- Prepare rice according to package directions; keep hot.
- Grill kebabs over medium-warm coals, or possibly broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, for 8 to 12 min for medium-rare to medium doneness.
- Season with salt and serve with rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
