Beef Kebabs With Rice Recipe

  1. Preheat grill or possibly broiler.
  2. Cut beef into 1 1/4-inch pcs.
  3. Place dressing in bowl; add in beef, pepper and mushrooms, tossing to coat.
  4. Alternately thread pcs of beef, pepper and mushrooms on each of four metal skewers.
  5. Prepare rice according to package directions; keep hot.
  6. Grill kebabs over medium-warm coals, or possibly broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, for 8 to 12 min for medium-rare to medium doneness.
  7. Season with salt and serve with rice.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
