Yummies
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 lb pitted chopped dates
- 14 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 4 cups Rice Krispies
- confectioners' sugar
- melt together the butter, brown sugar, dates and coconut.
- cook 6 minutes over medium heat.
- stir in the pecans and the Rice Krispies.
- cool and shape into balls and roll in the confectioners sugar.
