Impossible Ham And Vegetable Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Rinse beans under running cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Spread beans and ham in plate.
  3. Beat cottage cheese, sour cream, margarine, eggs and baking mix until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high, stopping blender occasionally to scrape side, or 1 minute with hand beater.
  4. Pour into plate.
  5. Arrange tomato slices on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
  6. Cool 5 minutes.
  7. Makes 6
  8. to 8 servings.
