Individual Ground Beef Taco Pizzas
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkt. (35 g) 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 2/3 cup refried beans
- 6 Tbsp. salsa
- 2/3 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
- Place 6 tortillas in single layer on baking sheet.
- Spread each with 1 Tbsp.
- each beans and salsa; top with 1/4 cup seasoned meat and 1 Tbsp.
- cheese.
- Cover each with second tortilla and additional layers of beans, meat and cheese; top with tomatoes.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until tortillas are crisp and lightly browned, and cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream.
