Deluxe Easy Chicken & Pasta Fajita Skillet
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Pasteurized Process American Cheese, cut up
- Cook chicken and seasonings in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Stir in water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add pasta; stir.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 7 min.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir.
- Simmer, uncovered, 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
