Basic Chinese Beef Stir Fry

  1. Mix together all marinade ingredients.
  2. Partially thaw the meat, then make thin slices (With a slight diagonal cut)
  3. Add the meat slices to the marinade.
  4. Marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Add oil to a pan and put to high heat, then add meat and veggies.
  6. Stir until meat and veggies are done.
  7. Serve over a plate of rice.
  8. Prep time includes marinade time.
