Basic Chinese Beef Stir Fry
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 12 cups rice, cooked
- 2 broccoli, heads chopped
- 14 lb fresh snow pea
- 2 tablespoons oil
- marinade
- 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Mix together all marinade ingredients.
- Partially thaw the meat, then make thin slices (With a slight diagonal cut)
- Add the meat slices to the marinade.
- Marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
- Add oil to a pan and put to high heat, then add meat and veggies.
- Stir until meat and veggies are done.
- Serve over a plate of rice.
- Prep time includes marinade time.
