Cheesy Potato Bake
- 1 lb potato
- 1 leek
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 23 cup light cream
- 23 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- Arrange a layer of potatoes in the base of an ovenproof dish.
- Layer with leek, garlic, cheeses, and parsley.
- Season to taste.
- Repeat layers 3 times, until all ingredients have been used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
- Mis the cream, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over potato layers.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1-11/4 hours, unles cheese is golden brown and bubbling and potatoes are tender.
