Cheesy Potato Bake

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Arrange a layer of potatoes in the base of an ovenproof dish.
  4. Layer with leek, garlic, cheeses, and parsley.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Repeat layers 3 times, until all ingredients have been used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
  7. Mis the cream, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over potato layers.
  8. Cook in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1-11/4 hours, unles cheese is golden brown and bubbling and potatoes are tender.
