Sweet & Spicy Lime Chicken Skewers

  1. In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, agave, Sriracha, cilantro, olive oil, garlic and lime juice.
  2. Stir to combine then reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade for basting later.
  3. Cut the chicken into chunks and place in a zip lock bag.
  4. Pour the marinade into the bag, turn to coat the chicken in the marinade, seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread chicken chunks onto skewers and grill 6-8 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve with limes wedges and more red pepper flakes!
