Homestyle Cheddar & Shells with Bacon & Spinach

• 2 qt. baby spinach leaves
• 2 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
• 16 packs KRAFT Simple Signatures Homestyle Cheddar & Shell Pasta

1. For each serving: Saute spinach and bacon in pan.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Heat pasta as directed on package; add to spinach mixture.
4. Mix well.
