Maine fiddleheads

  1. Get a pot of salted water boil.
  2. Add fiddleheads in it(blanch) remove once they turn bright green..
  3. In a large sautee skillet, melt salted butter, chopped up the large onion in to chunks.
  4. Cook down.
  5. Add fiddleheads to skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes and remove from heat.
  7. Ta-da!
  8. A little taste of heaven off too the right.
