Maine fiddleheads
- 1 lb Fiddleheads, washed and ends cut
- 1 medium sweet onion
- Get a pot of salted water boil.
- Add fiddleheads in it(blanch) remove once they turn bright green..
- In a large sautee skillet, melt salted butter, chopped up the large onion in to chunks.
- Cook down.
- Add fiddleheads to skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook for 8 minutes and remove from heat.
- Ta-da!
- A little taste of heaven off too the right.
