Reese's Cookies
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup vegetable shortening or, 3/4 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed, light
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 10 ounces peanut butter chips
- 23 cup milk chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Stir together flour and baking soda.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat shortening, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs; beat well.
- Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Let cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
- Let cool completely.
