Sauerkraut Apple Pork Chops With Garlic Herb Potatoes #SP5

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In non-stick fry pan, brown chops over medium heat, 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Place chops in 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spoon sauerkraut over chops.
  4. Peel, core, and thinly slice 2 of the apples.
  5. Arrange apple slices over sauerkraut.
  6. Sprinkle potatoes over all.
  7. Pat down lightly.
  8. Drizzle or brush potatoes with any pan drippings.
  9. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  10. Slice remaining apple and serve with pork chops.
