BBQ Grilled Beef Kabobs

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Arrange steak and vegetables alternately on 8 (8-inch) wooden skewers.
  3. Grill kabobs 10 to 15 min.
  4. for medium doneness (160F) , turning and brushing frequently with the barbecue sauce.
  5. Serve over the rice.
