Enchilada Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cook hamburger or chicken.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine all ingredients (except for tortillas and cheese) in a large bowl
  5. Cut tortillas into 1 inch squares
  6. Place half of the tortillas in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  7. Pour half of the sauce mixture over the tortillas.
  8. Repeat layering with tortillas and sauce
  9. Top with cheese
  10. Cover with tin foil and cook for 45 minutes
