Honey & Almond Swiss-Topped Crostini
- 1 (16-ounce) French bread baguette, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) diagonal slices
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Swiss Cheese, each cut into 6 pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Heat broiler.
- Place baguette slices onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Turn slices over.
- Place 1 piece cheese onto each baguette slice.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon almonds.
- Drizzle each with 1/2 teaspoon honey.
- Serve warm.
