Hold-the-Phone Burger

  1. Shape meat loosely into 12 (6-oz.)
  2. balls (or shape into 2 balls for trial recipe).
  3. Flatten each into 3/4-inch-thick patty; place in airtight container.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. For each serving: Season both sides of 1 patty with a dash each of salt and pepper.
  6. Grill 5 min., rotating patty after 2-1/2 min.
  7. to form cross-hatch grill marks; turn.
  8. Top with 1 Tbsp.
  9. each peanut butter and cream cheese, and 1 cheese slice.
  10. Grill to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness, rotating after 2-1/2 min.
  11. Place 1 bun, cut sides down, on grill; cook 1 min.
  12. or until toasted.
  13. Fill with 1 lettuce leaf and burger.
