Oriental Chicken

  1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, pepper and sherry.
  2. Pour mixture over chicken.
  3. Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
  5. Note: adjust the soy sauce amount to taste, as it can make the chicken taste salty.
