Fluffy Tea-Flavored Cupcakes

  1. Take the tea leaves out of the sachet and put them in a heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Add milk, and microwave for 15-20 seconds at 500W, then stir.
  3. Bring the margarine to room temperature in advance.
  4. Sift the ingredients together.
  5. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  6. Put the margarine in a separate bowl and whip until creamy.
  7. Add the sugar and mix well.
  8. Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.
  9. Add the tea leaves from Step 1 and mix.
  10. Add the sifted ingredients, and mix until the mixture is no longer floury.
  11. Spoon the batter into baking cups.
  12. Fill each cup up to 70-80%.
  13. (The batter should be runny enough to pour into the cups.)
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 20 minutes.
  15. Poke with a bamboo skewer to check, and they're done if it comes out clean!
