Tuna Egg Scramble
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup light cream
- milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can (7 oz.) tuna
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Blend eggs, cream, and salt.
- Stir in tuna.
- Pour into hot skillet with butter.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until eggs are thickened but still moist.
