Grilled Cheese With Prosciutto, Basil and Dates

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat or heat your Panini press to medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Buttered side down, layer 2 slices prosciutto, 1 slice cheese,.
  4. one quarter each of dates and basil and another slice of cheese.
  5. Top each with other slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill sandwiches until golden and cheese has melted.
  7. 3-4 minutes per side.
