Beef & Rice Tacos

  1. BROWN beef, onion and green pepper.
  2. Add barbecue sauce and water.
  3. BRING to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. SPOON mixture into warmed taco shells.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, salsa and shredded lettuce, if desired.
