Juicy Puerto Rican Pork Chops

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place pork chops into bowl with marinade and massage marinade into them so that they are fully covered Cover bowl and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. If you cant marinate overnight, marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. When ready to begin cooking, remove from refrigerator and let sit for about 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  6. Heat frying pan on medium heat, and once heated, add olive oil.
  7. Remove pork chops from marinade and dry them completely.
  8. Place pork chops in frying pan and sear for about 23 minutes per side.
  9. Do not move them while theyre searing.
  10. Place pork chops onto baking sheet and put into oven to complete cooking, about 7 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cover them for about 5 minutes.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
