Chicken Adobo Filipino Dish (Can Use Pork Instead) Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a pot.
  2. Marinate for about 5 min.
  3. Boil slowly and covered till meat is almost cooked.
  4. Don't stir.
  5. Remove cover.
  6. Stir and continue boiling till meat is tender.
  7. Serve warm with rice.
