Shrimp Dip Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2-3 tbsp. minced green peppers
- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 - 1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tiny or possibly med. deveined shrimp
- Mix lowfat sour cream and cream cheese with mixer.
- Add in onion and green pepper.
- Spread mix in flat plate, approximately 10" in diameter.
- Pour and spread proportionately seafood cocktail sauce.
- Top with canned shrimp.
- Best if refrigerated overnight, 3 to 4 hrs okay.
- Serve with crackers.
- Serves 12 to 15.
