Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, Chicken & Potatoes
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 4 thin slices
- 6 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien, thawed
- Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Discard drippings from skillet.
- Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add potatoes to skillet; cook and stir 7 to 9 min.
- or until heated through.
- Crumble bacon; stir into potatoes.
- Top with chicken and cheese; cover.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
