No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

  1. Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in small microwave-able bowl.
  2. Microwave on medium 30-60 seconds until peanut butter is melted and chocolate chips are growing soft.
  3. Stir until well-blended.
  4. Add in oats and cereal.
  5. If mixture is too wet, you may need to add more cereal.
  6. Stir until well-blended and form into meatball-size balls with damp hands.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. I make these the night before and store in the fridge, then pack in my lunch the next morning.
  9. These are a great high-protein alternative to granola bars!
