No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
- 6 teaspoons rolled oats
- 6 teaspoons all-bran cereal
- Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in small microwave-able bowl.
- Microwave on medium 30-60 seconds until peanut butter is melted and chocolate chips are growing soft.
- Stir until well-blended.
- Add in oats and cereal.
- If mixture is too wet, you may need to add more cereal.
- Stir until well-blended and form into meatball-size balls with damp hands.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- I make these the night before and store in the fridge, then pack in my lunch the next morning.
- These are a great high-protein alternative to granola bars!
