Cream Cheese Grape Salad - Party Version
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) bag grapes
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- Let cream cheese get to room temperature (30-60 min).
- Mix above until smooth and then add as many grapes as you want and any color.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans if you want.
- It keeps in the refrigerator for a long time.
- Do not cut the grapes.
