Vegetable Quiche

  1. Saute veggies in butter until tender.
  2. Spread in pie shell.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Add milk to eggs.
  5. Mix together flour, mustard, and salt.
  6. Add to milk and eggs.
  7. Add Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Pour mix over veggies and cheese.
  9. Bake 50-60 minutes 350 degrees (175 C.) or until set.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. Serve with muffins and fresh fruit if desired.
