Whole Wheat Chili-Mac (6 points)

  1. In a large skillet cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain the fat.
  3. Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, & cumin.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in uncooked macaroni & kidney beans.
  6. Return to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover.
  8. Simmer until macaroni is soft, stirring constantly.
  9. 1 1/4 cup per serving.
