RR Slow cooker blt brisket
- 1/3 lb Thick cut bacon
- 1 Brisket
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 clove Garlic, chopped
- 2 large leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup Beef stock
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Worchesire sauce
- Chop bacon and cook.
- In bacon grease, brown brisket
- Add tomato paste, worchestire sauce, honey, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, bacon, tomatoes and stock.
- Stir.
- Add leeks and browned brisket.
- Cover, cook on low for 9-10 hours
