Breakfast

  1. Pan fry the tortilla till nice and browned
  2. Add olive oil to pan and egg..add a shot of water to pan and cover with lid.
  3. After one minute flip egg, cover with lid and turn off heat.
  4. Egg should be done in a minute or two, depending on how you like it.
  5. Layer avocado, pesto, tomato, egg and season with nutritional yeast and spices.
