Breakfast
- 1 Egg pan fried
- 1 Tortilla pan fried
- 1 Heirloom tomato sliced
- 1 Avocado mashed
- 1 tbsp nutrition yeast
- 1 tbsp pesto (lemon basil garlic olive oil)
- 1 Salt pepper miss dash to taste
- Pan fry the tortilla till nice and browned
- Add olive oil to pan and egg..add a shot of water to pan and cover with lid.
- After one minute flip egg, cover with lid and turn off heat.
- Egg should be done in a minute or two, depending on how you like it.
- Layer avocado, pesto, tomato, egg and season with nutritional yeast and spices.
