Spicy rice with spinach and velveeta cheese
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- Add to a medium saucepan spinach.
- On medium high add just a little bit of vegatable oil and season salt
- Once thats wilted add the cooked rice as well as the butter.
- You can add red crush peppers now if you like things hott.
- However you can wait till cheese is melted.
- Cook that all together for a good three minutes
- Add the velveeta cheese.
- At this point you can add a little bit more butter and red crush peppers
- Stir constantly it takes a moment to get velveta melted and loose.
- After 4 minutes of it being clearly melted your done.
