Homemade Thai Sauce For Fish Recipe

  1. Cover a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan with oil.
  2. Add in teriyaki sauce and lemon juice.
  3. Fold in creamy peanut butter.
  4. Lay seafood in mix.
  5. Sprinkle seafood with black pepper.
  6. Spoon some of mix on the top side of seafood.
  7. Cover pan with plastic wrap.
  8. Allow seafood to sit in marinade for several hrs or possibly overnight.
  9. Chill till ready to grill.
  10. Excellent with king or possibly Spanish mackerel.
