Stuffed Pasta Taco Shells

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place crackers in large bowl.
  3. Add milk; let stand 2 min.
  4. or until crackers are softened.
  5. Add meat, cottage cheese, tomatoes and egg; mix just until blended.
  6. Pour 1/2 cup enchilada sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Stuff each shell with 2 Tbsp.
  8. meat mixture; place in baking dish.
  9. Spoon any remaining meat mixture over shells.
  10. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and shredded cheese; cover.
  11. Bake 30 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted and shells are heated through.
