Strawberry Jam Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Whipping Cream (or Heavy Cream)
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Strawberry Jam
- To speed up the whipping process, chill a bowl and beater or whisk in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before you begin.
- But if you are making this last minute and forgot to chill the bowl, it will be fineyoull just need a few more minutes of whipping power!
- Combine the whipping cream and sugar in a mixing bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Whisk until the cream holds a stiff peak; you should be able to lift the beater out of the bowl and see the cream hold its shape.
- Add the strawberry jam, and whisk just until the jam is completely mixed in.
