Apple Cinnamon Training Bits Recipe

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except the apple and water.
  2. Grate apple into mix and add in water.
  3. Mix till it starts forming together.
  4. Turn out on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Knead well.
  6. Roll out to a thickness of 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch.
  7. Take a straight edge and score the dough horizontally then vertically to make a grid of 3/4 squares.
  8. Be careful not to score the dough which it completely cuts through the dough.
  9. Place on a baking sheet which has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
  10. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  11. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
