Mexican Cornbread Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. corn meal (yellow)
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, minced
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 can cream style corn
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 bell pepper, minced
- Salt to taste
- Mix well with mixer.
- Bake at 425 degrees till brown in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
