Cheeseburger Pie in a Snap

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 12 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

1. pre-heat oven at 400 degrees .
2. Grease a round 9-in baking dish
3. In a skillet cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink, drain, stir in salt.
4. spread in pie dish and sprinkle with cheese.
5. in a bowl combine remaining ingredients with a fork or wisk.
6. pour into pie dish.
7. bake about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
