Salad Delicious Recipe

• 1 pound fresh spinach
• 1 head Iceberg lettuce
• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, uncooked
• 1 bunch green onions, minced
• 6 hard cooked Large eggs, peeled & minced
• 1 pound bacon, dry & crumbled

1. Wash and stem spinach.
2. Dry thoroughly.
3. Tear into pcs in a very large salad bowl.
4. Tear lettuce into bite size pcs, place on top of spinach.
5. Sprinkle with peas, onions, Large eggs and bacon.
6. For Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and salad dressing mix together thoroughly.
7. Spread dressing over top of salad like icing on a cake.
8. Chill overnight.
9. Toss just before serving.
10. Yield: 12 generous servings.
