Ham Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes.
  2. Layer 1/2 the potatoes and 1/2 the carrots in a 2 qt casserole.
  3. Stir together cubed ham, mushroom soup, 1/2 c. shredded cheese, lowfat milk, instant chopped onion and pepper.
  4. Pour 1/2 the ham mix over potatoes and carrots in casserole.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Combine soft bread crumbs, 1/2 c. shredded cheese and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle over casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees till heated through, about 45 min.
  9. 4-6 servings.
  10. Admin.
